The workflow
Your team does very little. The family does the rest.
EverStory is built so your staff can introduce it without training. Two steps on your side; everything else is guided by the platform.
You create the story shell
Your admin enters the subject's name, dates, and a cover photo from your existing records. This takes about two minutes. The story appears under your organisation's name.
No family involvement needed at this stage.
Family receives a branded invite
They click the link in the email and land on a page with your branding. No EverStory branding visible. They add their own memories, voice recordings, and photos.
The family builds the story
Family members contribute at their own pace. The platform guides them with prompts. You have view-only access. You never touch their content.
Ownership transfers to the family
After 30 days (or on your trigger), the story belongs to the family. Your organisation is no longer in the picture unless they want to keep it. The story is theirs, forever.
