Permitted content

• Authentic personal memories, family stories, and life histories
• Photos, voice recordings, and videos featuring the story subject
• Historical accounts, community histories, and institutional records
• Stories that are difficult or painful, provided they are truthful and respectful

Prohibited content

• Fabricated or fictionalised stories presented as real
• Content that demeans, harasses, or misrepresents a living person without their consent
• Spam, commercial promotions, or non-personal content
• Content that violates applicable law
• Sexual content involving minors
• Material that glorifies violence or incites hatred
